In order to report a problem or ask a question, follow the steps below:
- Make sure you are logged in to the Plan Pro System.
- On the dashboard, click on Report a Problem.
- The following will be displayed:
- Fill in the details (you can attach a file or take a screenshot)
- To take a screenshot, click on the Take Screenshot button and the screen will be grabbed and captured.
- Click on Submit and the Support team will get in touch with you.
