In order to report a problem or ask a question, follow the steps below:

  • Make sure you are logged in to the Plan Pro System.
  • On the dashboard, click on Report a Problem. 
  • The following will be displayed:

  • Fill in the details (you can attach a file or take a screenshot)
  • To take a screenshot, click on the Take Screenshot button and the screen will be grabbed and captured.
  • Click on Submit and the Support team will get in touch with you.
