Here is a few steps on how to use the Field Service Cloud Mobile Application and how to Log Hours on a Job.


  • Sign up as a Tester and download the Mobile application from the Google Play Store. After the Download has completed, sign in to the application with your email and password. If you forgot you password, contact our Office or follow these steps: Forgot Password

  • You will then be greeted with a list of Jobs that is assigned to you as a Driver. If the List is empty, make sure that the Office has assigned Jobs to you.
    • Each Job has the Case Number, the Address of the Client, the date the job has to be completed and the current process status on the job.

  • Once you select a job, you can navigate to the job with the "Take me There" button, you can call the client by clicking on the number of the client, you can send the Client a SMS, that you are on your way or you can start the job.

  • When Notifying the client Via SMS, ensure that you confirm

  • Once you have started a job, you will have an overview of the tasks that has to be completed in the current job.
    • If fore some reason you have to leave the job location with the job still being active, you will have to Pause the job, once you are back at the job location you can resume the app from this page or the job will be resumed once you Start the Job from the Job View Page.
  • You can upload images to the job straight from the Mobile application from this screen. If the Images take to long to upload follow these steps: Decrease Mobile Phone MP
  • Once you are done with the tasks, click on the Switch Button on the view and confirm the completion of the task with a comment on work completed.

  • Once you have complete the job make sure the Client signs the job off. The Client should add their own details on the application to ensure that the details entered is correct.
  • After the client has signed, you can complete the job.
