On PRI there is a new functionality added that will enable the Administrators to upload documents that will be easilly accessible to all users on PRI.


As Admin:

    1. Click on the "Documents" menu item in the main menu

    2. This page you will see all uploaded documents that will be accessible to all users on PRI.

    3. To Upload a Document press on the "New Document" button

     4. Enter all the required detail:

  •     Enter the Document Category (You can add Categories as you please by clicking on the "+" button and entering the Category name)
  • Upload the Document
  • Add comment to the Document


    5. Click on save and repeat the process for more documents.


As Agent:

    1. Click on the "Documents" menu item in the main menu

    2. Select the Document from the list

    3. Click on the document to download the document to your computer
