A custom domain is a personalized and customized website address. Here, you can have whichever name you want for your website.
(example: www.riaenpieter.co.za).
To successfully purchase a customized domain name, you will need to do the following:
1. You must be on a platinum package. This is the only package that supports the customized domain name service. If you are on the silver or gold package, you will need to upgrade to the platinum package to access the custom domain name service.
2. On the Dashboard, click on the Upgrade Package tab:
3. Then choose the custom domain name
4. Now Click on the Checkout Now button
5. Then follow the prompts to make the payment
6. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email from our system, asking for the domain name that you would like to have. One of our friendly support staff members will assist you and activate the domain for you.
Also please Note that the price of purchasing the custom domain is not included in the Platinum Package. Being on the Platinum Package just qualifies you for the custom domain feature.
