In this article, we will show you everything you need to know about buying tokens.


Why do I buy tokens?

Tokens are used to activate Drivers on a monthly basis. (Only the Driver role will require tokens to be active)

This means that 1 token will activate one Driver for a single month. 


How to purchase Tokens


Step 1: 

  • After you have successfully signed into your account, locate  and click on the "Config" tab on the left of the screen.



Step 2:

  • After the Config tab has been selected, a list of options will be available inside the drop down.
  • Select the "Licenses" option as shown below.



Step 3:

  • In the Licenses setting, - You will be able to view the current balance of the Tokens in your account.

                                                   - Have a list of Drivers who recently were disabled due to an insufficient Token Balance.

                                                   - Purchase Tokens.



Step 4:

  • After you have clicked on the button, the payment page will be opened as shown below.
  • Fill in the necessary information such as the -Currency,

                                                                                     -Amount of Tokens you wish to buy,

                                                                                     -As well as the SMS Bundle if applicable.




Step 5:

  • Click on the button and proceed with the steps of the payment.
