All users with the 'Administrator' access role will be able to create Questionnaire Documents. To create these document follow these steps:
- Login to Field Service Cloud
- Click on the 'Main Menu'
- Click on the 'Questionnaire' sub Menu
- Click on the 'Questionnaire Templates' menu item
- On the 'Questionnaire Templates' page click on the 'New Questionnaire Template'
- Fill in these fields:
- Name of the Questionnaire
- The Header Information
- The Footer Information
- The SANS number
- Upload the ODT Template File
- The 'Required for Job Type' field is used to check if the SANS document is required before completing the job. When a Client instruction on the Job contains the word 'Geyser' it will check if the SANS document exists and if it does exists it will complete the job, and if the Document does not exist it will not complete the job.
- After filling in all of these fields click on the 'Save' button.
