Register yourself on an individual on the system by completing the Registration Process as explained in the in the following link:
Start the License Renewal Process
To start the License Renewal Process, click on the 'Add your Vehicle' button on your dashboard. Follow the complete step by step guide on how to add a vehicle by clicking on the following link:
Note: Remember the following:
- If you are the profile user and have selected the 'Confirm Ownership' checkbox, it means that you are the legal owner of the vehicle which license you want to have renewed and must sign the mandate in order to finalize the registration process.
- If you are the profile owner but not the legal owner of the vehicle, you need to complete the 'Vehicle Owner First Name' and 'Vehicle Owner Email' fields. This in turn will send a Sign Mandate email to the captured vehicle owner to finalize the process.
After you have successfully added a vehicle, the License Renewal Process will start and the vehicle owner will receive a confirmation email with a link to a Frequently Asked Questions page should he/she have any queries.
