Go to the specific instance for the specific campus in question.

Go to Report Definitions menu option:

Open the "Barcode Process Failed (view per campus)" report:

If any results are displayed here it means that you have to follow up on why certain items failed. Possible reasons might be:

  • Scanned file did not have bar code
  • Scanned file also did not have file name with ID number

To investigate the cause of the failure for the specific file, open each entry by clicking on the text in the report

Then click on the Barcode Reader Queue Item:

Open the actual file that was scanned in:

Ensure that the file is not relevant and should be ignored as is currently the case.

If the file should not be ignored: Find the original version of the document and scan in again. Ensure that the correct barcode is used as cover page to allocate successfully.
