Before Students gets approved, the call agent will call the student and after this it can be updated on the students enrollment and logged to the students profile.


On the Student selected enrollment, find the Student Called field located in the Student Pack Control section:


Click on the field next to Student Called and one of the following options can be selected and updated:


When the Student Accepted option was selected and the Enrollment was updated, the user/agent can create a student communication log to log the communication against the students profile.  It can be done on the Enrollment Actions tab View and by selecting the Student Communication Log tab:



Click on the New Student Communication Log button and a new tab will open:



Fill in a message and comment an select the Communication Type and click on the Save button:


This will save the communication log against the student with their cell number and user that created the communication log
